1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using TT Scheduler (available at ttscheduler.bracademyglobal.com), operated by BR Academy Global, you consent to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 16 years old and possess legal authority to bind themselves (or their organization) to this agreement.

3. Account Registration

Users must provide truthful information during signup and safeguard their credentials. Unauthorized access should be reported immediately. BR Academy may suspend accounts suspected of fraud or rule violations.

4. Use of TT Scheduler

• Access: TT Scheduler grants single-user, non-transferable access to schedule and manage TikTok video posts.
• License: Limited, non-exclusive rights for personal use only; reproduction and redistribution of the platform are prohibited.
• Availability: TT Scheduler features may be modified or updated at any time with notice.

5. Payments & Pricing

Prices include taxes unless noted otherwise. Stripe processes transactions. BR Academy reserves the right to adjust pricing for future purchases. Promotional codes have expiration dates and may be revoked.

6. Refund Policy

Digital sales are final, but technical access issues reported within 14 days may qualify for resolution or refund at company discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users of TT Scheduler may not: share or resell access, violate laws, access unauthorized areas, use bots or scrapers, disrupt the service, impersonate others, or upload malware.

8. Intellectual Property

BR Academy owns all TT Scheduler platform content and intellectual property. Users receive no ownership rights beyond the limited license stated above.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TT Scheduler is provided “as-is” without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

BR Academy’s liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months. The company excludes responsibility for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Indemnification

Users must defend BR Academy against claims arising from their use of TT Scheduler, term violations, or third-party rights infringement.

12. Termination

BR Academy may suspend or terminate access to TT Scheduler immediately for any reason, including term violations. Survival clauses remain effective post-termination.

13. Changes to Terms

BR Academy may modify these Terms at any time, posting updates with revised dates. Continued use of TT Scheduler signifies acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms operate under BR Academy Global’s operating jurisdiction laws, with disputes resolved in competent local courts.
